2004

• Conceptualised and created MedSMS, the pioneer SMS based Medical Information and alert system.

• Created the Virtual Journal of International Health- a collaborative project to improve access to Open Access literature of public Health importance.

2003

• Executive Editor of Calicut Medical Journal [from Oct 2003]

• Elected Associate Editor of Online Journal of Health and Allied Sciences- India's first Online Open Access Biomedical Journal[from September 2003]

• Founded Internet Health and serves as the editor.

• Created the E-Health Adversities Research Database [E-HARD]

• Medlib, the Medical library gateway was featured in British Medical journal Netlines early January [read review]

• MedLib the largest index of Medical libraries evolved into a Medical library gateway with the inclusion of a host of new resources and utilities like conference reporter and job announcements. In addition, Health Library Online, an open peer reviewed journal on Online Health Libraries was launched.

2002

• Working  towards creation of Med-Lib-Cats

• Conceptualised and created the Asian Student Medical Journal and serves as the founder-editor

• Conceptualised and created Medlib-Medical Libraries on the Internet, the largest Index of Medical Library websites

• Conceptualised and created VirtualMed- a directory of authentic medical resources on the Internet,and associated directories-Cybermedicine and Medical informatics

• Created MedicalInformatics - a directory of Medical Informatics resources

2001

• Served as the Associate Editor of the Award winning magazine of Calicut Medical College, and conceptualised and created the Online edition of Odyssey

2000

• Winner of the Genecon2000 Biochemistry quiz conducted in association with GeneCon2000 at Calicut Medical College.
